It takes 9 months to bring a soul into this world. When we arrive, we are full of life, awe and wonder! But then, the world happens and we quickly box ourselves into those just right molds to survive it. We begin to build our lives from those boxes, always making sure to fit just right. Until one day we wake up and realize we don’t like those boxes! In fact, those survival patterns just hold back what’s buried deep inside…you!
